San Diego Vacation Rental Demand Strong For 2011 Holiday Season

November 9th, 2011 by gteh  | Leave a comment

San Diego is showing growing strength in vacation rental demand for the holiday season for 2011. Thanksgiving numbers are extremely strong, with families flocking to the San Diego beaches and the vibrant San Diego downtown Gaslamp nightlife. Christmas and New Years also is poised to be an exciting one for both visitors and residents alike, and although it won’t be a “white Christmas”, San Diego will certainly have a lot of holiday cheer to spread around.

Looking for some family fun and ideas for activities? Legoland in Carlsbad (only 20 minutes north of the city of San Diego) offers fun for the entire family, with interactive building sessions, great food, and a day full of fun for the kids and nostalgia for the adults.

Want to try some surfing or water sports? While the water may be wetsuit weather in the winter, the waves are traditionally “cleaner” and bigger, offering surfers some fantastic breaks. It may be cold, but your blood will sure be pumping!

The recession and it’s after-effects are still being felt, but with the fantastic value that a San Diego vacation rental can offer, you can still have a vacation for the entire family that will last a lifetime.
