San Diego Vacation Rental - Gaslamp 1 Bedroom Suite Cancellation & Reservation Policy

Payment Requirements: 20% of net rent required at the time of reservation. Remaining balance is payable directly to owner no later than 60 days prior to check in. For arrivals within 14 days, total rental amount is collected at time of reservation. Payment of balance is preferred by check or money order. If guest wishes to pay balance to owner via Pay Pal, a 2.5% transaction fee will be applied.

Cancellation & Refunds: All sales are final. Refunds can only be granted if the unit can be re-rented. The initial 20% deposit is non-refundable

Damage Charges & Theft: Guests are responsible for any damage that may occur within the unit during the course of their stay. Removal of any items shall be treated as theft and will be reported immediately.
