Payment Requirements: 50% of rent is due at the time of the reservation. The remaining balance is due no later than 30 days prior to check-in.

Cancellation & Refunds:All sales are final. Refunds can only be granted if the unit can be re-rented. The 15% deposit is non-refundable.
