Windansee Beach La Jolla 1 Bedroom - Sleeps 2 Cancellation & Reservation Policy

Payment Requirements: Vacation-Renter, Inc. will collect 15% of total NET ret (rate before tax and cleaning) at the time of the reservation. This is taken via the credit card submitted. The remaining balance plus the $300 refundable deposit is payable directly to owner immediately upon booking via credit card.

Cancellation & Refunds: Refunds can only be granted if the unit can be re-rented. The 15% deposit collected by Vacation-Renter, Inc. is non-refundable. If Renter cancels, a handling charge of 5% will be assessed by Owner to the total amount paid. C) If termination is executed 30 days or more prior to check in date, all monies will be refunded by Owner to Renter (subject to handling charge), minus the 15% deposit levied by Vacation-Renter, Inc., D) if Owner cancels contract after payment has been made, a full refund will be made. E) If cancellation is made by Renter with less than 30 days before occupancy, refund is granted only if the property is re-rented during the days the Renter had reserved. If termination is executed less than 30 days prior to check in date, a pro-rated amount will be returned to the Renter, based on the Owner’s ability to rent the property for the same dates previously contracted with Renter.

Damage Charges & Theft: Guests are responsible for any damage that may occur within the unit during the course of their stay.
