Description: Casa Blanca Retreat is an architectural marvel located on top of one of the highest hills in the coastal northern San Diego County. At over 1300 feet above sea level, it boasts unobstructed views to the Pacific Ocean clear to Catalina Island. It can be used not only as a serene and peaceful getaway to just relax but also as the perfect place to stay while you explore all that southern California has to offer.

The property is available for vacation rentals, retreats, meetings, and other small gatherings. Whether you need to stay for a couple of days or for several weeks, or whether you require a single room or the entire house, we are here to cater to your needs. Due to limitless options and a multitude of uses, rates may vary and prospective guests are encouraged to call or email in order to discuss your particular needs.

This is also a perfect location to stay while you have your wedding. You can enjoy the privacy of having your own mansion while you prepare for the wedding and stay all the way through your honeymoon! We are a vacation rental home but are located near a wedding venue where our guests frequently hold their ceremonies and receptions.

Rates Start at $549/night (Winter/Spring). $649/night (Summer/Peak Holidays). TOT tax and a $130 cleaning fee is also applicable. An additional damage deposit of $500 is also required and is fully refundable.

San Diego Vacation Rental - Casa Blanca Retreat Cancellation & Reservation Policy

Payment Requirements: Vacation-Renter, Inc. will collect 15% of total ret at the time of the reservation. This is taken via the credit card submitted. The remaining balance will be due no later than 60 days prior to guest arrival and payable directly to owner. The $500 refundable deposit is payable directly to owner immediately upon booking.

Cancellation & Refunds: Refunds can only be granted if the unit can be re-rented. A $250 service fee will be levied. The initial 15% deposit is non-refundable.

Damage Charges & Theft: Guests are responsible for any damage that may occur within the unit during the course of their stay. An additional $500 damage deposit is also required and is refundable providing that all conditions of the contract are met.
