Description: This warm, well-lit, sunny home is the complete package- great views, access to beaches & bay, 2 minutes from the freeway, 1.5 miles to the beach, 10 minutes from downtown. The convenience of the location makes it a perfect place to stay. 2000 feet of living space plus a 1500 square foot deck make this an ideal location for spacious, comfortable relaxing, whether you're in the dry sauna watching fireworks at the end of the day, or enjoying the movies in high definition on the big screen TV in the living room...while you still enjoy the view of the bay, downtown, Point Loma... The home is very close to all activities throughout San Diego. Sea World, the convention center, the San Diego Zoo, Pacific Beach, Mission Beach & La Jolla are all within minutes. The Convention Center and Petco Park (home to the Padres) are both 10-15 minutes away. The home is close to all that San Diego has to offer: 7 miles to the Zoo, 3 miles to Sea World, as well as only a short drive to Legoland, the Wild Animal Park, Indian Casinos and Mexico. Spend an afternoon seeing the sights and museums in historic Balboa Park, or window shopping in La Jolla Village - all within minutes of the home. Many famous beaches to choose from for surfing, sunbathing, tide pool walks, and fantastic dining with views. In short, the home is a great place to stay or to use as a jump-off point to enjoy the attractions of San Diego & Southern California, even Mexico (25 miles south from the house). The huge deck opens out onto a great view of Mission Bay. Sea World's tower is visible a couple miles away, with fireworks shows nightly. Perfect for entertaining or al fresco dining during the summer and fall months. This property is smoke-free. Smoking is not allowed on any portion of the property, indoors or out. Additionally, we use only green, non-toxic cleaning products on all surfaces, as well as to launder linens and towels for your hypo-allergenic comfort. Luxurious 500-thread count sheets provided on all beds. Bamboo-cotton towels in each bath. Rates Start at $300/night (Winter/Spring). $500/night (Summer/Peak Holidays). 10.5% TOT tax and an additional cleaning fee is also applicable. An additional damage deposit of $300 is also required and is fully refundable.

San Diego Vacation Rental - Pacific Beach Home Sleeps 10 Cancellation & Reservation Policy
Payment Requirements: Vacation-Renter, Inc. will collect 15% of total NET ret (rate before tax and cleaning) at the time of the reservation. This is taken via the credit card submitted. The remaining balance plus the $500 refundable deposit is payable directly to owner immediately upon booking via credit card.
Cancellation & Refunds: Refunds can only be granted if the unit can be re-rented. The 15% deposit collected by Vacation-Renter, Inc. is non-refundable. If Renter cancels, a handling charge of 5% will be assessed by Owner to the total amount paid. C) If termination is executed 30 days or more prior to check in date, all monies will be refunded by Owner to Renter (subject to handling charge), minus the 15% deposit levied by Vacation-Renter, Inc., D) if Owner cancels contract after payment has been made, a full refund will be made. E) If cancellation is made by Renter with less than 30 days before occupancy, refund is granted only if the property is re-rented during the days the Renter had reserved. If termination is executed less than 30 days prior to check in date, a pro-rated amount will be returned to the Renter, based on the Owner’s ability to rent the property for the same dates previously contracted with Renter.
Damage Charges & Theft: Guests are responsible for any damage that may occur within the unit during the course of their stay.
