Pacific Beach 2 BD #1 Cancellation & No Show Policy

Reservations Policy: A valid credit card is required to guarantee your reservation. Online booking for check in dates within 5 days of today's date is not available. All inquiries for reservations within 5 days of arrival must be done via phone.

Payment Policy: 50% of the reservation is due at the time of booking and the balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival date.

Cancellation & Refunds: All sales are final. Refunds are not available for cancelled or changed reservations. Refunds can only be issued if rental can be re-rented. A $150 fee will apply.

Damage Charges & Theft: Guests are responsible for any damage that may occur within the unit during the course of their stay. Removal of any items shall be treated as theft and will be reported immediately.
