San Diego Vacation Rental Cancellation & Reservation Policy

Payment Requirements: 15% of total net ret (rate before tax) is due at the time of the reservation. The remaining balance is payable directly to owner no later than 90 days prior to check-in.

Cancellation & Refunds:All sales are final. Refunds can only be granted if the unit can be re-rented. The 15% deposit is non-refundable.

Damage Charges & Theft: A $1000 additional damage deposit or 50% of the rental amount, whichever is greater, is payable directly to the owner. This will be returned upon check-out and unit inspection no later than 21 days after check-out. Guests are responsible for any damage that may occur within the unit during the course of their stay.
