Description: This 1BD/1BTH Gaslamp Quarter condo is within walking distance to the Convention Center, Petco Park, Seaport Village, Horton Plaza Mall, and everything that downtown San Diego has to offer. The bedroom has a queen-sized bed that will sleep two with plenty of closet space to hang up your clothes. All linens and towels are provided with the condo. The kitchen includes stove, microwave, refrigerator, dish washer, cooking utensils and flatware needed if you decide to stay in and prepare a home cooked meal during your stay. The condo also has an in-unit washer & dryer for your convenience. The condo also has an office/den which is furnished with a desk, printer, and high-speed wireless/wired internet access and is perfect for those that have to do some work while they are in San Diego.

San Diego Vacation Rental - Gaslamp 1 Bedroom #6 Cancellation & Reservation Policy

Payment Requirements: A valid credit card is required to guarantee your reservation. Online booking for check in dates within 3 days of today's date is not available. All inquiries for reservations within 3 days of arrival must be done via phone. 15% of net rental rate required at the time of reservation. Remaining balance is collected no later than 30 days prior to check in directly by owner. For arrivals within 14 days, total rental amount collected at time of reservation.

Cancellation & Refunds: All sales are final. Refunds are not available for cancelled or changed reservations. Refunds are only available if the unit can be re-rented. The initial 15% deposit is not refundable.

Damage Charges & Theft: Guests are responsible for any damage that may occur within the unit during the course of their stay. Removal of any items shall be treated as theft and will be reported immediately. Once the unit has been inspected the $200 damage deposit will be returned.
