Description: Historic home # 747, The Roberts House, built in 1907 and beautifully remodeled with modern flair with respect to all the original integrity. This is a 1br/1ba 800 sqft apartment. This San Diego rental is a separate apartment which is connected to the larger main 3000 sqft home and is on the lower level. Featuring 1BD/1BTH, this unit has a mini kitchen (2 burner stove top but no oven) that also with great room that has an outrageous San Diego Bay views. Plenty of parking options. Conveniently located in the less congested part of downtown San Diego in the "Bankers Hill " area and is walking distance to museums, Balboa Park, fine and casual dining. The "Granny Flat" sleeps 5 can be rented out for $150/night with a 3 night min., comprised of a queen bed and a queen sofa sleeper in great room. Twin cot can be available for any of the above options at an extra $50 per stay. Deposit for the “Granny Flat” is $400. There is no cleaning fee. Deposit is fully refundable within 21 days of stay. House needs to be as clean as when possession was taken except washing sheets and towels is included. All parties need to be cleared in advance. This home can also be rented along with the "Albatross Home" for a total occupancy of 11.

San Diego Vacation Rental - "Granny Flat" Cancellation & Reservation Policy
Payment Requirements: 15% of the total net rent (rate before tax) is due at the time of the reservation. The remaining balance is payable directly to the owner no later than 90 prior to your arrival. For reservations within 14 days, the entire sum is due.
Cancellation & Refunds: All sales are final. Refunds can only be granted if the unit can be re-rented. The 15% deposit is non-refundable.
Damage Charges & Theft: A $400 additional damage deposit or 50% of the rental amount, whichever is greater, is payable directly to the owner. This will be returned upon check-out and unit inspection. Guests are responsible for any damage that may occur within the unit during the course of their stay. Removal of any items shall be treated as theft and will be reported immediately.
