Modern 2BD Rowhome - Close to San Diego Convention Center Cancellation & No Show Policy

Reservations Policy: A valid credit card is required to guarantee your reservation. Online booking for check in dates within 3 days of today's date is not available. All inquiries for reservations within 3 days of arrival must be done via phone.

Payment Policy: 15% of net rent required at the time of reservation. Remaining balance is payable directly to owner and is due no later than 30 days prior to check in. For arrivals within 30 days, total rental amount is due.

Cancellation & Refunds: All sales are final. Refunds are not available for cancelled or changed reservations. Refunds can only be issued if rental can be re-rented. A $150 cancellation fee will be levied.

Damage Charges & Theft: Guests are responsible for any damage that may occur within the unit during the course of their stay. Removal of any items shall be treated as theft and will be reported immediately. A $35 per key charge will be levied to credit card if keys are not returned or damaged.
