San Diego Vacation Rental - Balboa Park 2BD #2 Cancellation & Reservation Policy

Payment Requirements: 50% of total rent required at the time of reservation. Remaining balance is 30 days prior to check in. For arrivals within 30 days, total rental amount is collected at time of reservation.

Cancellation & Refunds: All sales are final. Refunds can only be granted if the unit can be re-rented. A $150 cancellation fee will be levied.

Damage Charges & Theft: Guests are responsible for any damage that may occur within the unit during the course of their stay. Removal of any items shall be treated as theft and will be reported immediately.
