This 6th floor unit boasts 1250 square feet and sleeps 6 comfortably. Balcony with partial city views, 2 tvs w/ vcr, dvd & cable, as well as high speed internet access. A full kitchen and an in-unit washer/dryer add to the convenience of this accomodation. Linens and cookware are provided, as are 2 free secured unground parking spots. $100 cleaning fee is added to total rental charge.

Rates start at $189 - $350/night. 3 night min. stay required.

San Diego Vacation Rental - C Street 2BD #2 Cancellation & Reservation Policy

Payment Requirements: 20% of total rent required at the time of reservation. Remaining balance is collected no later than 30 days prior to check in, payable directly to owner. For arrivals within 14 days, total rental amount is collected at time of reservation.

Cancellation & Refunds: All sales are final. Refunds can only be granted if the unit can be re-rented. The 20% deposit is non-refundable.

Damage Charges & Theft: Guests are responsible for any damage that may occur within the unit during the course of their stay. Removal of any items shall be treated as theft and will be reported immediately.
