Downtown 2 Bedroom Cancellation & No Show Policy

Reservations Policy: A valid credit card is required to guarantee your reservation. Online booking for check in dates within 5 days of today's date is not available. All inquiries for reservations within 5 days of arrival must be done via phone.

Payment Policy: 16% of net rental rate (rate prior to taxes) required at the time of reservation. Remaining balance is collected no later than 30 days prior to check in and payable directly to owner. For arrivals within 7 days, total rental amount is collected at time of reservation.

Cancellation & Refunds: All sales are final. Refunds are not available for cancelled or changed reservations. Refunds can only be issued if rental can be re-rented. The 16% initial deposit is non-refunable.

Damage Charges & Theft: Guests are responsible for any damage that may occur within the unit during the course of their stay. Removal of any items shall be treated as theft and will be reported immediately.
