San Diego Vacation Rental - Downtown 2 Bedroom Cancellation & Reservation Policy

Payment Requirements: 16% of net rental rate (rate prior to taxes and cleaning) required at the time of reservation. Remaining balance is collected no later than 30 days prior to check in and payable directly to owner. For arrivals within 7 days, total rental amount is collected at time of reservation.

Cancellation & Refunds: All sales are final. Refunds can only be granted if the unit can be re-rented. The intial 16% deposit is non-refundable.

Damage Charges & Theft: Guests are responsible for any damage that may occur within the unit during the course of their stay. Removal of any items shall be treated as theft and will be reported immediately.
