Don't want to leave the unit? Then you can enjoy views of the Gaslamp Quarter from the unit's Parisian balconies or many windows. This vacation rental unit will comfortably sleep 6 adults with a Queen bed in each bedroom and a Queen sofa sleeper in the living room. This unit is turn key with linens, cookware, fully equipped kitchen, 3 TV's, cable in living room and high speed internet access included. Parking isn't a problem with one underground, secured parking space included. Rates start at $199 - $450/night. 2 night min. stay required.

San Diego Vacation Rental - Gaslamp 2 Bedroom #4 Cancellation & Reservation Policy
Payment Requirements: 14% of net rent required at the time of reservation. Remaining balance is payable directly to owner no later than 60 days prior to check in. For arrivals within 14 days, total rental amount is collected at time of reservation. Payment of balance is preferred by check or money order. If guest wishes to pay balance to owner via Pay Pal, a 2.5% transaction fee will be applied.
Cancellation & Refunds: All sales are final. Refunds can only be granted if the unit can be re-rented. The initial 14% deposit is non-refundable
Damage Charges & Theft: Guests are responsible for any damage that may occur within the unit during the course of their stay. Removal of any items shall be treated as theft and will be reported immediately.
