Description: As one of our guests you can enjoy the Royalty Experience that only the newly appointed Dynasty Lofts has to offer. This property is only two blocks from the San Diego Convention Center, Ralphs Grocery Store, Historic Gaslamp and Horton Plaza.There are only three units at this property. This loft suite is 1228 square feet of the best amenities available while being located seconds walk from the worlds famous Gaslamp Quarter, moments walk to the San Diego Convention Center, the Ralphs Grocery Store or Horton Plaza Shopping Center. The loft has an open N.Y. Loft feel with hardwood floors; diamond plate accents one queen bed, two twin beds and one lounge sleeper.

A few of the amenities includes free linen service, free concierge service, forced heating and air conditioning, 42" Plasma TV, in room computer, printer, scanner, and free wireless internet. For those clients whom stay for at least three days we offer free onsite dry cleaning, and laundry service (yes it's free). If you have an Apple I product such as IPod, ITouch, IPhone feel free to play it on the flat screen with our provided AV cables. We encourage you to "Go Green" and take one of our provided bicycles to Sea Port Village, The Famous San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, The San Diego Bay, or the USS Midway. If your stay includes Sunday feel free to enjoy the stroll through the Farmers Market that is just around the corner on 3rd and Island. For our Jewish clients we are next to Chabad of Downtown and Rabbi Zalman Carlebach will provide you with kosher dishes for your stay. For larger parties, the "Marina 1BD #1" may also be available for a total occupancy for 12.

San Diego Vacation Rental - Marina 2 Bedroom #1 Cancellation & Reservation Policy

Payment Requirements: A valid credit card is required to guarantee your reservation. Online booking for check in dates within 5 days of today's date is not available. All inquiries for reservations within 5 days of arrival must be done via phone. PAYMENT AND SECURITY DEPOSIT: 15% of net reservation total is due at the time of booking, with balance payable directly to the owner. Payment of balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival date and will be processed by 472 THIRD AVENUE, LLC. A 3% transaction fee will be applied in addition to balance due. 472 THIRD AVENUE, LLC will take and hold Guest’s credit card information on file. Provided that real and personal property are in the same condition as when occupancy commenced and all terms of this agreement are met, Guest’s credit card will not be charged for the security deposit. Your security deposit (credit card) also secures your reservation. Please read the cancellation policy in section 3 below. Reservations made less than 30 days prior to check-in are not exempt from the cancellation policy! Some homes require additional cash deposits. Guest is liable for all replacements and repairs that are outside what is considered normal wear and tear and Guest hereby authorized 472 THIRD AVENUE, LLC to charge the Guest’s credit card to cover said costs. If cost of replacement or repairs exceeds the Guest’s credit limit, Guest agrees to pay the difference to 472 THIRD AVENUE, LLC. In the event of a dispute concerning a security deposit, arguments to be heard in the jurisdiction where the property exists.

Cancellation & Refunds: CANCELLATION: RESERVATIONS ARE CONSIDERED BOOKED WHEN THE GUEST’S CREDIT CARD INFORMATION IS RECEIVED. To cancel this reservation, notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED MORE THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK-IN DATE. 472 THIRD AVENUE, LLC will refund the sums you have paid, less a cancellation fee equal to 10% of the total rent amount. If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK-IN DATE, Guest will forfeit all sums paid, except the security deposit, unless we are able to re-rent the property to someone else, at the same rate for the same period. In the event the property is re-rented for less than the original amount of rent, canceling Guest will receive the balance of his advance rental payment less an amount equal to 10% of the original rent and less any amount necessary to make full payment to the property owner. Guest hereby authorizes 472 THIRD AVENUE, LLC to charge Guest’s credit card for any outstanding balances for reservations cancelled less than 30 days prior to check-in date. Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Management may cancel any reservation for any reason up to 30 days prior to your arrival. In the event the Owner is unable to deliver the property to Guest under the agreement prior to occupancy because of a fire, act of nature, double booking, delay in construction or any other reason whatsoever, Guest hereby agrees that Owner’s sole liability as a result of any of these conditions is a full refund of all consideration paid by Guest for the rental. Guest expressly acknowledges and understands that in no event shall Owner be held liable for any consequential or other damages. The 15% deposit is non-refundable.

Damage Charges & Theft: Guests are responsible for any damage that may occur within the unit during the course of their stay.
