San Diego Vacation Rental - 1893 Queen Anne Victorian Cancellation & Reservation Policy

Payment Requirements: 17% of total rent required at the time of reservation. Remaining balance is collected by owner no later than 30 days prior to check in. For arrivals within 14 days, total rental amount is collected at time of reservation.

Cancellation & Refunds: All sales are final. Refunds can only be granted if the unit can be re-rented. The 17% deposit is not refundable.

Damage Charges & Theft: Guests are responsible for any damage that may occur within the unit during the course of their stay. Removal of any items shall be treated as theft and will be reported immediately. An additional $500 damage deposit is also required payable directly to the owner prior to check-in.
