Description: The Roberts House has many formal areas on top of 4 bedrooms and 4 full baths at 3800 sf. Kitchen is modernized with high-end appliances such as a 6 burner gas Dacor stove, designer custom craftsmen cabinetry and colors... Formal dining room, formal living with player piano and fireplace, formal sitting area, library, 50 inch flat screen with built-in speakers, bathrooms that rival that of La Valencia hotel... Other amenities of note are a bay view from most rooms, a large yard, and bay view deck that seats 12 that is right off the gourmet kitchen. There is a king bed, queens bed, queen Serta sofa sleeper. Extra cot can be rented for $50 night bringing occupancy to 12. Plenty of parking options. Conveniently located in the less congested part of Downtown, Bankers Hill is walking distance to museums, Balboa Park, fine and casual dining. The entire house can be rented for rates starting at $650/night/$550/night 3 night min. This house sleeps a max of 12 (7 in main house and 5 in "Granny Flat") The 3BD/3Ba can be rented for $500/night$400/night 3 night min, comprised of king bed in master, queen bed, and queen sofa sleeper with Serta mattress, sleeping a total of 7. The "Granny Flat" sleeps 4 can be rented in additon for $225/night $150/night 3 night min, comprised of a queen bed and a queen sofa sleeper in great room, sleeping a total of 11. Twin cot can be available for any of the above options at an extra $50/night. Deposit for entire house is $1,250, for the main house alone $1,000, and for the "Granny Flat" alone $400. There is no cleaning fee. Deposit is fully refundable within 21 days of stay. House needs to be as clean as when possession was taken except washing sheets and towels is included. All parties need to be cleared in advance.

San Diego Vacation Rental Cancellation & Reservation Policy
Payment Requirements: 15% of total net ret (rate before tax) is due at the time of the reservation. The remaining balance is payable directly to owner no later than 90 days prior to check-in.
Cancellation & Refunds:All sales are final. Refunds can only be granted if the unit can be re-rented. The 15% deposit is non-refundable.
Damage Charges & Theft: If renting the entire house (including "Granny Flat"), a $1250 additional damage deposit or 50% of the rental amount, whichever is greater, is payable directly to the owner. This will be returned upon check-out and unit inspection no later than 21 days after check-out. Guests are responsible for any damage that may occur within the unit during the course of their stay.
